Shirley Chan is a Taiwanese-American cinematographer in Brooklyn, NY. Her journalistic background and love of experimenting with movement, color, and texture informs her approach towards editorial, branded, documentary, narrative, and performance art films.

She is a member of the ICG Local 600 as a Director of Photography.

Clients include: Saint Heron, Chevrolet, Nike, Meta, Levi’s, Arc’teryx, Cole Haan, Neutrogena, WhatsApp, Depop, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Brooklyn Academy of Museum, Art Gallery of New South Wales.
